Although marketers often tout the importance of getting on Instagram and interacting with user-generated content, many companies are hesitant to join because of the lack of analytics and evidence of effectiveness. Unlike Twitter and Instagram, we don’t have any big news to share on Facebook. However, that’s not to say there aren’t big changes coming in the future. In an interview from Bloomberg appearing on Skift, Expedia CEO Dara Khosrowshahi predicts that Facebook will soon follow Google in the online travel booking business.
