2018 Year in Review
2018 has been a pivotal year for Travel Media Group and our partners. With the launch of the TMG OneView™ feed in March 2018, we brought user-generated content directly to your fingertips. The lines between reputation management and social media continue to blur for hoteliers, so we created a single place for you to manage and respond to all of your guest feedback. Our in-house development team worked tirelessly to integrate all of our solutions into TMG OneView™. As of fall 2018, the TMG OneView™ platform replaced myTMG as our client dashboard. Now, all of our clients have the benefit of complete visibility when it comes to their online reviews and social media messaging. Together with in-depth analytics for your social, reputation and website programs, TMG OneView™ is a powerful tool in hoteliers’ hands.
In addition to the many enhancements from the TMG OneView™ integration, our marketing solutions for hotels have also evolved in 2018. Our premier review response solution, Respond & Resolve, now offers hoteliers the ability to customize their plan by star-rating or by review outlet. This enables hoteliers to prioritize and manage their online reviews support from professional response writers. The most recent announcement from Travel Media Group came in December 2018, with the arrival of Custom Social. This enhancement to our social media engagement program ensures that our product’s weekly custom posts written for your hotel are unique and consistent. We will also leverage additional Facebook ad spend to help speed the growth of your online followers.
