Quality Inn Richfield began using Social Media from Travel Media Group in November 2014. At the time, they had only 68 Likes on Facebook and an average monthly reach of 483 guests, making it hard to see their efforts pay off.
Since then, we launched a comprehensive social media program, including 4 posts per week, $25/month Facebook ads, consumer sweepstakes, a booking tab and more. Just one year later, Quality Inn Richfield has benefited from a 375% increase in Facebook likes and a 101% increase in reach. These improvements combined with about 17 posts per month truly enhanced their online presence.
