Her focus areas include strategic planning, prospecting strategy development and sales presentations. Patti also leads ongoing professional training of the Travel Media Group sales staff. She is committed to collaboration across departments to ensure maximum productivity and sales.
Patti’s primary objective is to help Travel Media Group provide best-in-class hotel marketing products that help hotels be found and get chosen by travelers. She also leads her team to maintain best-in-class customer service, ensuring our clients receive the best-possible experience with us.
At work, Patti values her ability to have direct impact on her reps’ sales skill improvement in addition to helping our hoteliers improve revenue through our products and business solutions.
Patti brings extensive experience in sales leadership to the Travel Media Group team, with prior success as District Sales Manager, Inside Manager, Premise Manager, Field Marketing Manager, Media Integration Manager and Client Support Manager. These roles have provided extensive experience in development and sharing of best practices, as well as have had the opportunity to train many sales professionals in the field.
When Patti isn’t working, she enjoys reading, home improvement projects, and spending time with family and friends.
